How are activities and vendors vetted?

We screen and review all vendors on Enhancebnb. We require vendors to carry liability insurance before allowing them on our platform.

How do I sign up for Enhancebnb?

Guests don't need to sign up. Hosts are encouraged to sign up for benefits like analytics and ability to modify activties. Follow the signup link emailed after listing registration or visit your host listing link for instructions.

Vendors are added by our team. If interested, email us at support with the subject "New Vendor - [Your City]".

How do guests book in-home activities?

Guests book directly through the host's Enhancebnb listing via the host’s custom URL.

How does Enhancebnb handle payments?

We use Stripe to securely process payments and manage transactions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Modifications or cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time are free. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged 100% of the booking price.

Do hosts get paid for bookings?

Our Founders Series hosts (limited time) receive a $20 Amazon gift card after their first guest completes their first booking. We're confident in the value we bring through better reviews, reduced vacancies, and increased nightly rates.

How does tipping work?

If you're happy with your service, we encourage you to tip the vendor ~15% of the total actyivity cost in cash or via Venmo immediately after the activity is complete. 100% of tips go to the provider that supported your activity.

Is my data secure with Enhancebnb?
